Subsoil Pipe is a light weight, flexible and cost effective polyethylene water drainage pipe designed to be used within the ground to drain out excessive water to prevent ponding. It can be used in planter boxes, retaining walls and garden beds which are susceptible to ponding.
Subsoil Pipe should be used at the bottom of the beds, surrounded by coarse materials such as gravel and pebbles, then covered with a layer of geotextile before filling the bed with soil to ensure effective drainage.
