Photo-luminescent material are produced from high performance photo-luminescent lighting materials using Strontium-Oxide Aluminate pigments. It glows when excited by natural, florescent or incandescent light. The brightness, intensity & duration of afterglow of photo-luminescent signs and markings depends on the level of pigment concentration, intensity & duration of exposure to light sources. Photo-luminescent signs are designed to support existing emergency systems used in commercial, institutional, public & industrial buildings, on board passenger & cargo vessels, aviation & offshore facilities. Photo-luminescent signs help ensure orderly, expeditions, safe evacuation of a facility in the event of power failure or to provide guidance pathway to exits obscured by thick smoke.
