before first use:
1. Unscrew the base of the torch
2. Remove the battery unit
3. Remove the insulation tag
4.Replace the battery unit (positive to LED end, negative to base end)
5. Screw the base back onto the torch

Depress the black button on the base of the torch to turn the torch ON and OFF.
