Black Ground Cloth is a weed control barrier that is a woven polypropylene mat which is UV resistant, corrosion resistant, tough and long lasting, while allowing air, nutrients and liquids to pass through to the soil, keeping soil below healthy while it blocks sunlight from the soil, preventing weeds from growing. It is widely used in agricultural production, such as in fruit and vegetables planting, preventing weeds from growing and competing with crops for nutrients.

It is typically laid over an entire growing bed, then cut at where the crops are planned to be placed. It removes chances of weed infestation, keeping your crops healthy.
